Don’t have time, or budget to spend a day at a spa? Relax, there are some simple techniques that you can do at home.
• Head massage: Start by placing your thumbs on your cheekbones, then gently apply pressure with your fingertips and rub the spot between the corner of your eye and your ear. 2. Take A Bath

• Bananas
Banana can cure stress and anxiety because this super fruit provides a mild blood sugar boost, and has vitamin B6, which helps the brain produce mellowing serotonin.
• Berries
All berries are rich in vitamin C, which has been shown to be helpful in tackling the stress.
• Chocolate
Besides the healthy antioxidants, which may improve your mood, chocolate also can lower blood pressure, adding to a feeling of calm.
• Nuts
